"I really like how these earrings look, like…"
I really like how these earrings look, like they’re cute and easy to wear with different outfits. But after a few hours, they started to hurt a bit. I thought maybe it was just the first time wearing them, so I tried them again a couple more times, but yeah... still kind of pinchy. They’re not awful or anything, just not comfortable enough for me to wear for long.

Just got this delivered, and the order itself was totally fine and everything was correct. The only thing that stood out right away was the box looked a bit beat up when it arrived, so that kind of stuck with me. Nothing inside seemed affected though, so overall it was okay.

I reached out to customer service twice about my order and basically got nowhere. I waited for days and never got a real answer, which was frustrating after spending my money there. The items on the site are cute, but the support really needs work

I don’t know, it just felt like customer service kept brushing me off whenever I tried to get help. I’d explain the issue and they’d give me vague answers or sort of push it aside, which was frustrating.

I wasn’t totally sure at first if I’d find what I needed quickly, but I actually did without clicking around too much. The product pages loaded fine, and checkout was straightforward. It did take me a minute to find the size details, which was a little annoying, but overall the site worked well.

I picked up a pair of earrings from Maison Miru i’m really happy with them!!! The craftsmanship feels super nice, and the finish is clean without looking cheap or flimsy at all!!! I’ve worn them quite a bit already and they still look great. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because one of the clasps feels a little tighter than the other, but it’s not a big deal!!! Overall, I’d definitely say they’re a solid buy!!!

"Cute earrings, but the backs don’t feel secure"
I really wanted to love these because the earrings are cute, but the backs felt loose the very first time I wore them. One actually popped off while I was out, and I came way too close to losing the earring completely. For the price, I expected them to feel a lot more secure. I also kind of felt left in the dark because nothing about them made me think they’d be this easy to lose. Now I’m nervous to wear them at all.

"Didn’t Work for My Ears"
I bought a pair of earrings from maisonmiru.com because they were labeled hypoallergenic, and I’ve had good luck with “sensitive ear” jewelry from other brands in the past. Unfortunately, after wearing these for just one day, my ears got itchy and red, which was frustrating because I don’t usually react that easily.
I tried cleaning them and giving them another chance, but the same thing happened again. Maybe they work fine for other people, but they definitely weren’t hypoallergenic for me, so I wouldn’t buy them again.

"The Great Shipping Marathon"
My order took forever to show up, way longer than I expected. The tracking was basically useless too, just sitting there like “Mystery Package: The Sequel” with barely any updates. I kept checking for days and got almost nothing helpful. The item itself was fine, so no complaints there, but the shipping speed was seriously annoying. Definitely wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date.

I got a pair of earrings from Maison Miru and, from what I remember, the product page was really accurate. The size, color, and overall style matched what I had in mind when I ordered them. I did somehow convince myself they’d have a little more weight to them, probably just from the photos, but the listing did say they were lightweight, so that’s on me. i’ve already forgotten most of the tiny details because I’ve just been wearing them and liking them. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and would order again. Just give the description a quick read before buying

I got this as a gift, i think it’s decent. It may not be the most over-the-top or fancy option out there, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. It looks nice enough, feels presentable, and does the job if you’re looking for something simple to give someone. I don’t really get why someone would expect it to be more than that for what it is...

"The jewelry itself was cute and..."
The jewelry itself was cute and nothing arrived damaged, but the packaging really didn’t match the price. The box was super plain and a little squished, so opening it felt kind of disappointing. I was already feeling mentally drained that day, and instead of feeling like a nice little treat, it just felt underwhelming. If I had bought it as a gift, I would’ve been embarrassed. The jewelry is fine, but the presentation definitely needs some work.

I bought a pair of earrings from Maison Miru they looked really nice right out of the box. They were comfortable too, and super easy to wear, so what’s not to like at first? After a few months, though, the finish started looking a little dull, and one of the clasps feels looser than it used to. Is it a total dealbreaker? Not really. But for the price, wouldn’t you expect them to hold up a bit better? I might buy from them again, but probably not for pieces I’d want to wear every single day.

"Pretty at first, then it got lazy"
I really liked how it looked when I first got it, but after just a few weeks the gold finish started looking dull, like the little faker couldn’t keep it together. I kept it away from water most days too, so it’s not like I was being careless. For the price, I expected better tarnish resistance. It’s not the worst thing ever, just kind of a disappointing little letdown.
